Winemaker's Tasting Notes

Our Pinot Noir has old-world traits that are the true character of the wines from the Carneros Region of the Napa Valley. The cooler climate brings darker flavors of fresh currant, tobacco, black cherry and wet stone. The aromas are those of rose petals, blackberry, white pepper and molasses. The texture is silky and smooth on the palate yet the concentrated acidity lingers seemingly forever.

Food Pairing

Pair with grilled fish, black truffle risoto or a savory cassoulet.
