Napa de Oro produces eight varietals of wine, from the most popular white wine, Chardonnay, to the most popular red wine, Cabernet Sauvignon, and five varietals in between, namely, the Sauvignon Blanc, Rose. Grenache, Merlot, and the proprietary Caroline's Red Blend. Lately, we added the top-of-the-line Au79 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon.
